Ryan and I just had a big conversation about all of this. Do you know what is frightening? Our ENTIRE country is built on debt! YIKES! People were baited and hooked into debt with "90 day same as cash", "buy down your interest" and "NO MONEY DOWN" to name a few. Of course if we knew anything about finances we would have known that if we can't put money down we can't afford it, OR if we can't pay cash for it WE CAN'T AFFORD IT!
All of it is crazy! I am interested to see how this all plays out, AND if we, meaning the US, will learn our lesson.
